Super fun experience! We have gone 5 times and they are always friendly. One time we had an issue with a voucher and they were happy to resolve and work with us. We will definitely keep coming back.

I had the opportunity to try this out with my coworkers and we all had a blast! This was a first time experience for most of us. The staff was very patient and helpful, ensuring we all had a great time. Alexander worked with my group going through the details of the different hand signals, handing out jump suits, goggles and helmets then worked with us individually in the wind tunnel. If you don't like heights then you don't have to go up high as the staff maintains control of you as you are learning the basics. We all had a great experience and I'd recommend trying this out at least once.
This would have been an awesome experience if they were more efficient and could answer the phones. I tried finishing my reservation through phone, left several messages and then I check my bank account the day we were all supposed to have the event here and the money I paid was back in my account, again tried to call no answer so we decided not to go. I woke up the following day and all the money is taken out of my account. I will never spend my money on this place until they figure it out.
Took our 12 & 9 year old grandsons & they thanked us about a dozen times on the way home. What a great experience. Definitely glad we got the fly high option, that was the highlight of the flight.
