HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CO MANAGER ALYSSA! Dumb B had me so mad I forgot her name. So I was in here a couple weeks ago and bought my girlfriend a necklace for a pendant she had, which the previous silver necklace broke. Long story short they said they could put pendant on. Turns out the hole is to small. So I try to return, they have all the info saved in computer, but won’t do a return without a receipt, even tho her stupid eyes see in her computer I just bought it. She snickers at us, proceeds to go back and be a lazy person in the back, no idea what customer service she needs to be fired! We def need to return not exchange, we don’t want any other ugly defective stuff here!! Alyssa was strait up RUDE! At least be kind to customers don’t laugh and walk off I paid good money to recieve an ugly attitude like that! If you are considering gifts for someone this holiday don’t go here because the person will be stuck with it even if they don’t like it! True, just ask Alyssa if you are in store! :)
Been there a few times and have spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars at a time. The people who work here made me feel like I was annoying and an inconvenience to them. Attitudes and no smiles. If it wasn't so far from my house I would drive to cherry creek for my charms. The manager was NOT friendly in any way. I wish somewhere else sold this particular jewelry.
