Cynthia was very consultative. She started off by having us sit on two very different couches offered by Bassett. Cynthia did a great job of explaining the quality of Bassett and what makes it unique. She walked us around the entire showroom, offered several options and spent a lot of time configuring a design option that would accommodate our oddly shaped living room while still optimizing the sitting space we had.
We purchased a new home in March and practically everything we purchased to furnish it is from Bassett. Our designer, Leslie West, has been fabulous. She designed the layout of our spaces and then came up with the furniture and fabric choices that suited our vision perfectly. We picked out some of the pieces on our own, but Leslie's input was always invaluable for making sure the house flowed and the colors and styles all worked together for a cohesive look. The beautiful furniture from Bassett, combined with the expert design services we received from Leslie, created a winning combination. Now my fiancé says our house rocks!

We needed to furnish a dining room, family room and bedroom all at the same time. We have the pleasure of dealing with Derek. He was patient and walked us through all of our options in a very supportive manner. He helped us narrow down our selections based on our lifestyle. We never felt any pressure and really enjoyed his sense of humor. After 5 hours, we walked out with all of our furniture ordered and a sense of relief knowing that Derek would not let us make any mistakes! I came into Bassett Lone Tree looking for a couch that would fit our craftsman style home. I had been to a number of furniture stores beforehand but couldn’t find anything that looked beautiful but also comfortable and would wear well year after year.
We remodeled our whole home and I wanted solid, well made furniture that would last. I visited Bassett several times and met Leslie West. She is wonderful! She listened to what I wanted and put it all together so beautifully. I have one more room to go and I guarantee it will be from Bassett, never happier with the look and feel of everything.
Working with Kathleen Castro at the Lone Tree Bassett store was a true pleasure for us as we selected and ordered a sectional for our family room. She listened well as we described our room and desires then helped us creatively configure the perfect piece to meet our needs.
