Employees here are so full of themselves. It's just a store, people. And it's just a phone. Next time treat customers with more respect and respect their time also.
I stopped in the Apple Store today because my wife's phone needed to be repaired. Zack, the agent at Apple went over all the options we had. He explained everything in great detail. He was very polite and had a great customer experience. Zack is a true asset to this company and a lot of customer service agents could learn from him. Highly recommend to work with him.
I had showed up to the store about 8:20pm but wasn't helped until about 8:40. I understand they close at 9 but I knew exactly what I wanted to buy and it was a gift so I didn't even need it opened or activated but the guy told me I needed 30min to buy so I had to come back.... Clearly understaffed. They should be paid commission because I know I would have been helped then.
My iPhone 8 plus rear facing camera stopped working, so went in to get it fixed. They ended up replacing my phone. Great customer service and it was very fast. Also the online senior advisor Keaira was very helpful and professional with my further needs.
The place is a zoo as expected. Took longer than I was told for screen repair, and floor people are half helpful, half “don’t bother me”. But Annie saved the day. I almost never write positive reviews, mostly because people can’t be bothered to do more than the minimum required, but she went above and beyond and provided customer service that is rare these days. Took time, answered all my questions, and took care of the issues I had with my phone. Thanks Annie for getting me back in business. You should be running this place.
