This store is a mess. We came in at 0900 and nothing had been picked up. What's the store manager doing to allow this?
Sharon (sales associate) and Carl (store manager) were rude, abrupt, and inconsiderate. Needles to say my shopping experience was less than stellar, mainly because of their lack of sincerity to assist customers.
Marcus took time away from what he was doing to personally walk me over and help me find the exact product I was looking for. With people like Marcus working here, I will definitely Shop here again.

Customer service could be better. But, hey...I am used to Costco customer service so.... Good selection of shoes. High prices for retail store. Could start with reasonable prices to bring in more customers rather then relying on constant sales that mean nothing because still too high when you compare to TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Overall, quiet store, good selection of clothing amd shoes, but snobby service.
Most managers would pass you off to one of their employees; not Marcus.
