My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Brockman for more than 8 years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He's exceptionally caring about his patients, does excellent work, and his office is easy to work with. We have coverage through Delta Dental and have never had any issues with insurance or billing.
I have been going to Dr Brockman's practice for about 3 years now. He was recommended to me by my parents who also see him. Since then, I have referred my spouse, daughter, and all of my friends to go see him. He is very knowledgable and kind, and undoubtedly the best dentist I have ever been to. If I would have had a dentist like Dr Brockman when I was a kid, I would have never developed an irrational fear of dentists. He really is a good guy. His staff is just as friendly as he is, I have never had a bad experience yet. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking a competent, accomplished professional dentist. Stay away from Comfort Dental!!!!
I was told by Dr. Brockman's office that I had pre-approved with Cigna Insurance for a crown. The amount that I would owe would be $597.50. Insurance would cover the remaining amount. I paid that amount, then approximately 2-1/2 months later I get a bill from Brockman Family Dentistry showing I owe a balance of $892.00. I called Cigna and requested information. They told me they had not received a call for pre-approval of a crown, and that Brockman Family Dentistry was not in their network. I definitely would not have followed through with this procedure if I had known that my crown was not going to be covered!! This crown cost me $1,489.50 and I HAD INSURANCE!! I was totally deceived!!

When something beyond routine cleaning is required, Dr. Brockman takes time to explain what he thinks needs to be done and why, and what you should expect from the procedure. During the procedure, he regularly checks to make sure you are comfortable. And he always calls in the evening after your appointment to make sure that you are recovering well.
