I just had a WONDERFUL experience here. The staff was super friendly/helpful and I left with 10 pieces of really nice maternity clothing for less than $100. I really couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you!
Great variety and awesome customer service! Prices can be a tad high at times but I love going here! They always have a large selection of different styles of clothing.

Hmmm, it appears that some of you think that the Clothes Mentor is obligated to buy clothes that you bring in... They are by no means obligated to buy anything from you. It is simply a business decision. Perhaps the store is low on business revenue and is looking to do more sales than purchases at the time you bring your product in?
I shopped here several times and then finally asked about their buy back program. They told me that they buy Items that are clean, in style, and in great condition. They also said they're accepting all seasons of clothing so I went home and got together all the clothes that I thought would be "acceptable" for a higher end "resale shop" - INCLUDING some shirts I bought there on my 1st trip (less than a year ago). When I dropped my bucket off, they said they were about a week out to go through things (but ironically their website says "...we pay you CASH On-the-Spot...we are different in that we pay you immediately for all of the items that we accept."). They texted me the very next day stating "The items you dropped off to sell have been processed". When I went into the store, to my surprise, they didn't want a single thing...not even the shirts I bought there last year. Did you have second thoughts on the stuff you sold to me or something? Ridiculous. I will never go back to this store and I have informed the 12 co-workers, who I referred there, of my experience. Nice business model ladies!
Rude, only take women's clothes, and never text you what your clothes are worth, only that they've been reviewed. I ended up just donating my clothes and never finding out if I could have gotten paid. And their clothes are still priced super high. What the hell
I purchased clothes for my girlfriend there and she loved them. With the exception of one shirt but I did not feel I needed to return it because I got such a good price.
