Can't comment on the end product because we are still waiting for them to finish the interior detail. When we made the appointment, the receptionist said approximately 4-6 hours. When we dropped off the car, they said 4-6 hours. 7.5 hours later, still waiting. Manager, Joe, said that there was "miscommunication" and they probably said 4 pm instead of 4 hours. Wrong. Two different people said 4-6 hours. They don't appear to care about our schedule and offered no compensatory discount for the delay. Never coming back.
The quality is awful. Too much turnover in help. Took me an hour to get my car washed. Paid nearly 20 bucks for a basic wash and wheel clean. Had to call over the help a second time to clean the wheels. Was so disgusted with the quality I just left (see pic attached), will never be back. Save your money. They suck.
Would not recommend going here. Took it in for a wash and detail. Specifically asked if it would be vacuumed and it wasn’t, took it back next day and they vacuumed but my rims are still covered in dirt. The drive thru car washes did a better job at getting my rims
I went here earlier this afternoon and got the platinum wash and it honestly was not much better than if I had run my car through a drive thru wash and was double the price of that. There was some black smut near one of the rear tires which was one of the primary reasons I took it for a wash and they didn't get it off. It took me only a few minutes to clean myself, but if I'm paying for a car wash I don't expect to have to finish the job after the fact. Also didn't look like they did much to my rims other than squirt some stuff on them. Service was quick so if you're just looking for a quick rinse, it's good for that, but if you're looking for a thorough cleaning I'd go for the detail or take your car elsewhere.
Staff is nice and great customer service, however the interior looks like it hardly got touched. Dash still full of dust and handles inside dirtier than when I dropped off.
